The Dining Room
The menu for the Dining Room offers a four course prix fixe as well as a six course Chef’s Tasting Menu. Items on the menu change daily and showcase seasonal ingredients using classical preparations with a delicate balance of ease and elegance.
The Café
The Café offers a casual, bustling dining environment, celebrating breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reinventing the European grand café by adding a touch of American Brio, the menu includes such delicious morning items as French Toast layered with blueberries, blueberry jam and hazlenut butter and Country Biscuits and Smoked Ham slathered with South Carolina spiced currant jelly and for lunch and dinner Steak Frites, Skate Wing, Roasted Artichokes with Cherries and Arugula and Lacquered Ribs with Grits topped with smoked pork.
Drinks
Wine and spirits have been thoughtfully selected with quality and fun in mind. General Manager Sims Foster, in collaboration with with Chef Zakarian, has compiled an eclectic selection of wines from around the world that aim to introduce guests to an array of new tastes and flavors.
